What age can my child start swimming lesson?
We begin teaching children on 5 years old and above.
How quickly will my child learn to swim?
Our coaches are committed to helping each child progress as quickly as possible while maintaining the standards of our proven curriculum. Each child’s progress is unique and impacted by age, frequency of lessons, level of comprehension, development of motor and cognitive skills, and their ability to process multiple tasks. Your child’s coach will communicate with you following each lesson so you know what they are working on.
How many students are in a swim class?
Level 1 - Max 4 students per group
Level 2-5 - Max 6 students per group
What is your replacement policy?
Replacement lessons can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance using the Aone app. If a replacement lesson is missed, it is no longer eligible for rescheduling.
How do I pay for my child’s swim lessons?
Your first enrollment payment shall be paid by TnG/online banking/cash. Subsequent payments can be made by Aone app/online banking/TnG/cash.
How do I download the Aone replacement and payment app?
It’s easy! Just search “Aone” on the App Store or Google Play.
What does my child need to bring to their swim lesson?
Bring your child’s swimming suit, change of clothes, towel, swim cap and goggles.
How long are swim lesson?
50 minutes per lesson
What happens if my child misses a lesson?
If your child is missed/absent from a scheduled lesson, please text or call us to let us know 1 day before. It is important to arrange for a replacement lesson. Please text our admin to check availability of class replacement slots.
Are registration fees and lesson fees refundable?
Lesson fees and registration fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds for used or unused swim lessons.
How can my child rinse off after swimming?
Our pool is equipped with multiple showering stations so your kids can quickly rinse off after lessons. This helps get the chlorine off their skin until they can get home.
How do I get the invoice?
You have secured your lesson spot on the designated day and time. You will be billed an invoice when your lesson left 1 credit balance.
